Sam Edwards brings warmth, compassion, and a whole-person approach to care at Raleigh Hearing and Tinnitus Center. As a Patient Care Coordinator, Sam is often one of the first people patients connect with, and she takes pride in making every interaction feel welcoming, supportive, and respectful.
Born and raised in Maryland, Sam and her family moved to Raleigh more than 10 years ago. She has a lifelong passion for health and wellness and believes that feeling heard and supported is an important part of healing and care.
A Heart-Centered Approach to Patient Care
Sam combines her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with her certifications as a Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor to support patients in a thoughtful, empowering way. Her background helps her connect with people at all stages of their journey and encourage a sense of confidence and agency, no matter the challenges they may be facing.
She understands that hearing concerns can feel overwhelming, and she is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from the very beginning.

As Patient Care Coordinator, Sam works closely with both patients and the clinical team to ensure appointments, questions, and next steps are handled with care and attention. She values clear communication, kindness, and taking the time to truly listen.
