We want to give back to our community in the spirit of the holidays!
Do you know of someone that has been affected by hearing loss and needs hearing aids but cannot afford them? We want to help!
To nominate someone for our “gift of hearing”, please send an email to [email protected] with a short paragraph about how hearing loss has affected their quality of life and why you are nominating them for our giveaway.
This year, the “gift of hearing” will be donated in memory of Fred Pugh, a beloved patient who passed away unexpectedly in November, 2018.
The well deserved recipient will receive:
· A pair of hearing aids
· 1 year warranty for repair
· Fitting and 2 follow-up visits
· 1 package of batteries
· Hearing screening
*Nominations must be local residents and stories must be received by December 12th, 2018. Winners will be contacted by December 19th, 2018*
